Fern Embossed Silver Circular Pendant and Chain

A wonderfully detailed Fern leaf impression in a fine silver disc. When I am making these I use fresh Fern leaves which are pressed into the silver when it is in its clay form, as I use different leaves at different times there can be variations from the image but in all cases the wonderful details of the Fern are present. I polish the silver around the leaf impression to create more contrast.

Disc is approximately 1.5cm round with a silver jump ring attached to 18 inch recycled sterling silver curb chain.

Silver clay is made from recycled silver which when fired becomes solid fine silver, I fire by hand with a blowtorch.
